2026 Workout Standards/Movements 〰️
Fully detailed movement standards/specifics will be released with each workout, for each division.
When registering for a division, athletes should keep in mind that they need to be able to complete the movements prescribed within the division. For example, any athlete that registers for the Intermediate division, should and will need to complete the Intermediate division’s prescribed standards.
For those competing for the first time or are relatively newer to competition, we recommend that you register for our scaled division. As the Intermediate, Masters, and RX divisions, contain a significantly higher demand in weights, gymnastics, and rep schemes. But don’t get comfortable, the Scaled division still puts up a difficult sweat test on the competition floor.
For those familiar to competition, we recommend that you find the division that will be a challenge and keep you on your toes.
